I hired the Kelso Team to sell an investment property for me. Tenants had been living in the property for nine years and the property needed a lot of work. Laura served as the Project Manager and supervised all of the contractors to include painting the entire property, installing new hardwood floors on the entire first level, installing new carpeting, fixing the backyard fence and having the house power washed. In addition to supervising the contractors, Laura also helped with landscaping, cleaning, spackling and painting. Laura has training in staging and I trusted her with making all the design decisions. Laura chose the paint color, the hardwood floors, the carpeting color, the granite, the stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, the light fixtures and bathroom mirror. When we realized the roof needed 2 shingles, Laura went to the roofing store and picked up the shingles. Laura negotiated the pricing for me with all of the contractors.
